Experiencing the Brilliance of Who We Really Are
Everyone has heard this Marianne Williamson quote: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” Is this just a pretty concept or affirmation, or can we experience ourselves this way? Experiencing the brilliance of who we really are is not a matter of creating it, but of opening to it. Concepts of unworthiness or inadequacy can be seen as just that, concepts that obscure who we are, rather than beliefs that define us. In my many years of healing work, I’ve come to see how pervasive feelings of unworthiness and inadequacy are, and how they can be seen as the underlying cause of most disease and emotional issues. Growing up in a Judeo-Christian culture, we are seeped in the concept of ‘original sin’, and it has its effect. Once we see this as ‘original lie’, or mistaken view, and experience our inherent worthiness, our lives can change dramatically! Please join me for this celebration of Beingness!

Shields & Boundaries
With more than 7 billion people on the planet today, we are bombarded by other people’s energies including aggression and fears, as well as EMFs and radio waves, making it difficult to maintain a sense of space and openness. By learning to work with our natural boundaries, we can enhance our health and well-being and maintain our clarity and focus, allowing us to be in the world without overwhelm and confusion. Working with natural energies such as the rainbow, and plant and animal energies, we can learn to maintain our own space making us much more effective in whatever work we do.
